At Flip19, we understand and it is okay to change your mind.

In an event of such an unfortunate situation, you can cancel your order for free before it is shipped. We will miss you but we are sure you will come back soon.

What if I want to cancel an order that is already shipped?

Due to reasons related to hygiene we are currently not accepting returns from orders that are already shipped, however unless any or one or all the events mentioned below occur.

  • Products received are damaged or faulty
  • Orders received with incomplete or wrong items

All items must be returned in their original packaging, and in the condition which they were received. You should also notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Upon return of your full order, delivery charges will be refunded in full. Upon partial return of your order, no delivery charges can be refunded. You must take reasonable care of any Products that you wish to return and not use them. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession.

How do I return the item and apply for a refund?

To return items to Flip19, either drop us an email at hello@flip19.com or just speak to our WhatsApp live chat executive between 9am to 6pm. You have to only request for a return date and confirm your pick up location. Keep you order reference handy.

Refund will be processed after receiving the item by flip19, if all in place your refund should be processed within 10-45 days in the same mode of payment used to at the time of placing the order.
